N.C. College of Engineering Technical Campus, Israna (Panipat) is a premier self-financing group of educational institutions in the State of Haryana. It was established in the year 1998 in the memory of Late Lala Nemi Chand Ji, a freedom fighter and social reformist. It is a prominent group of institutes of technical and management education, which is run by renowned industrialists, academicians, social workers and top professionals from all walks of life. NCCE Technical Campus offers B.Tech. Programmes in seven leading and emerging disciplines, four M.Tech. Programmes, one Integrated program Masters of Technology Management, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA and Doctoral Programmes in four disciplines. The primary aim of our technical campus is to maintain high standards of technological and management education to equip the youth of the nation to achieve the goals of the great visionaries of the country.
N.C. College of Engineering our oldest college is the first institute under Kurukshetra University to get the Autonomous status. In 2008, the institute was declared a Centre of Excellence in Technical Education and conferred complete autonomy by the State Government. The Autonomy provides great flexibility in dynamically changing the syllabi to suit the changing needs of the industry. The Degrees continue to be awarded by Kurukshetra University. Credit based grading system has been introduced in line with the current trend. Emphasis is laid on the Analytical and the Design skills in different courses. The Examination and Evaluation system have been restructured to make it transparent. Apart from the regular two semester courses, the college has introduced a Summer Session as a part of the curriculum in which courses related to communication skills, personality development and soft engineering skills are offered, besides few contemporary subjects. N.C. College of Engineering is the only private college in Haryana selected by Government of India for the World Bank Project grant of Rs. 4 Crores under TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme).

The college campus- with its sprawling gardens and playground spread over twenty five acres in the country side- just fourteen kilometers from the historical city of Panipat, provides an ideal environment for healthy and effective learning. Our technical campus provides ample opportunities to the young minds for shaping their right career by being a part of this excellent institution.
The record for the placement of the students in various organizations is excellent. In 2010 and 2011, our students have been recruited in Infosys Technologies, Patni Computer Systems ltd., Accenture, TCS, Data Matcis Asia, Cognizent, Wipro, EA Games, India Mart, Data 64 Techno Solutions, HCL Technologies etc. The college organizes mega campus recruitment drives for the placements of the students. In recent past, the college inked Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Infosys Technologies, Oracle and CISCO Technologies. All the MoUs have provision for international certifications. The college also inked a MoU with Thapar University, Patiala for collaborative Research & Development Programs between the two institutions. At N.C. College of Engineering Technical Campus, the emphasis is not only to impart technical education but also to build character, sharpen the intellect and encourage innovative free thinking. The mission of the college is to make the students world-class Engineers and Managers having foresight to change and face the problems.
